UU No 23 tahun 1992 tentang kesehatan menyatakan kesehatan adalah keadaan sejahtera dari badan, jiwa dan sosial yang memungkinkan hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomi. Suku Anak Dalam Jambi yang memiliki kebiasaan berbeda yang menurut orang dari suku lain terasa aneh dan tertinggal. Mereka dianggap masih memiliki budaya yang sangat primitive. Suku anak dalam masih percaya terhadap dewa, roh-roh gaib dan cara mengobati penyakitnya masih bersifat tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi konsep sehat sakit pada suku anak dalam (Orang rimba) di kecamatan Sumay Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan peneliti sebagai instrumen utamanya. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu, kepala puskesmas, 3 Kepala suku dan sebelas kepala keluarga di suku anak dalam di Kecamatan Sumay Kabupaten Tebo pada Bulan Februari 2018 melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran konsep sehat sakit pada suku anak dalam di Kecamatan Sumay kabupaten Tebo tahun 2018. Bahwa sehat adalah suatu keadaan fisik normal masih bisa kerja, masih bisa mencari makan, pola makan tidak terganggu, bisa tidur dengan nyenyak, tidak demam meskipun ada batuk pilek namun masih bisa bekerja. Sakit adalah badan terasa lemas, badan panas, demam menggigil, batuk, muntah-muntah, diare, perut kembung, sakit gigi, pusing, sesak nafas, dan napsu makan berkurang, kebanyakan tidur serta tidak bisa beraktivitas seperti biasanya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi tentang sehat sakit pada suku anak dalam masih menganut konsep tradisional, baik secara pengertian sehat dan sakit, penyebab sakit dan pencarian pengobatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan informasi bagi pemerintah setempat dalam mengambil kebijakan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di suku anak dalam untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatannya.

The Anak Dalam ethnicin still believing in gods, supernatural spirits and how to cure the disease was still traditional. This study aims to determine the perception of the health and illnessconcept in the Anak Dalam ethnicin (Orang rimba) in Sumay district Tebo regency Jambi Province in 2018. This research was a qualitative research using in-depth interview and researcher as the main instrument. Informants in this study were, heads of Community Health Center, 3 heads of tribes and eleven heads of households in Anak Dalam ethnicin Sumay District Tebo regency through purposive sampling. The results of this study provide an illustration of the concept of health and illness in the Anak Dalam ethnicin Sumay district Tebo regency in 2018, that healthy is a normal physical state can still work, can still find food, eating patterns are not disturbed, can sleep soundly, cough cold but can still work. Pain is the body feels limp, body heat, fever chills, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal bloating, toothache, dizziness, shortness of breath, and decreased appetite, most sleep and cannot move as usual. The conclusion of this study were the perception of health and illness in Anak Dalam ethnicin still adheres to the traditional concept, both in terms of healthy and sick, the cause of illness and the search for treatment. This research was expected to be an information material for local government in taking policy to health service in Anak Dalam ethnicin to improve health degree.
