Integrated Health Center (IHC) of toddler is one of health effort which resourced public efforts are managed and organized from, by and for the community. In the field of health, community participation is one of growth monitoring weight infants in the IHC with the benchmark, see the number of infants who weighed under five compared to the amount of total. The results reported KampungTeleng Health Center in 2014, the lowest level of IHC utilization in the KelurahanPasar, KampungTelengdanPondokBatu with a total of D/S <72%, whereas the target D/S 85% This type of researchisa descriptive analytic with cross sectionalapproach.The population is all mothers with toddler aged 1 - 5 years in the KelurahanPasarRemaja,KelurahanKampungTeleng and KelurahanPondokBatuSawahluntocity in 2014 as many 98 people, with a total sampling.Processing and analysis of data is computerized with the chi-square test = 0,05. The results of the univariate analysis are known (52%) of respondents have a low education (51%) lower knowledge, (58,2%) had low family support, (51%) had low motivation, and (45,9%) not utilize IHC.The results of the bivariate analysis of unknown factors associated with utilization of IHC is education (p = 0,004 and OR = 3,645), family support (p = 0,029 and OR = 2,757), and motivation (p = 0,025 and OR = 2,762), andthere is nocorrelationbetweenknowledge ofmothers who havechildrenwithIHCutilizationbymothers toddler(p =0,303). It can be concluded that the factors associated with utilization of IHC is education, family support and motivation.Therefore, at the health center is expected to be able to evaluate the implementation of the growth monitoring sessions on a regular basis, such as training of cadres to improve the quality of growth monitoring sessions, evaluation of the implementation of IHC system and executive power in the IHC.
