Angka Kematian Ibu masih tinggi di dunia. World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan 800 perempuan meninggal setiap harinya akibat komplikasi kehamilan dan proses kelahiran. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 800 women die daily due to pregnancy and childbirth complications, with global MMR reaching 289,000 annually. Indonesia has the highest MMR in Southeast Asia, with 214 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births. Data from the Family Health Program at the Ministry of Health recorded 4,627 maternal deaths in Indonesia in 2020. This study aims to examine the effect of interactive animation videos on increasing knowledge and early detection of high-risk pregnancies in the working area of the Biaro Community Health Center in 2024. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample size consisted of 30 participants, and the study was conducted from September to October 2024. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test questionnaires, and the T-Test was used for statistical analysis with a significance level of p < 0.05. The findings revealed that the mean pre-education knowledge score was 77.56 with a standard deviation of 9.344, while the mean post-education score increased to 89.56 with a standard deviation of 8.339. The average knowledge improvement before and after the education intervention showed a significant p-value of 0.000, which is below the significance threshold of 0.05. The study concludes that education through interactive animation videos significantly impacts increasing the knowledge of pregnant women. Based on these findings, it is recommended that healthcare workers incorporate technology advancements in delivering educational programs.
