Abstract (EN): Frozen shoulder is a chronic condition characterized by limited movement of the shoulder joint in all directions, both actively and passively, accompanied by pain. Generally, frozen shoulder lasts about 4-6 months with various clinical symptoms. Purpose of the study: to determine the effect of ultrasound, cane exercise on range of motion in frozen shoulder cases at M.Natsir Solok Hospital. Research method: The research design used in the quasi- experimental method with a one group pre and posttest approach with a sample of 12 people. This study was conducted for 5 weeks. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, which is in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: showed that the average after being given ultrasound and cane exercise, namely flexion 106.60°, extension 39.40°, abduction 103.30°, adduction 43.60°, exorotation 47.60°, and endorotation 51.90°. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is an effect of ultrasound and cane exercise on the range of motion in frozen shoulder at M.Natsri Solok Hospital in 2025.
