Abstract (EN): According to WHO (2021), the incidence of anemia in postpartum mothers is 56%. Efforts to prevent anemia during the postpartum period include consuming Fe tablets and fruits, such as dates. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Fe tablet and date juice administration on the hemoglobin levels of postpartum mothers with anemia in the work area of Silaping Health Center, West Pasaman Regency, in 2024. This research is a Quasi-Experiment with a Two-Group Pre- Posttest design. The study was conducted from August to December 2024 in the work area of Silaping Community Health Center. The results of the study showed that the average hemoglobin level of postpartum mothers before receiving Fe tablets was 11.1 g/dL and after was 12.1 g/dL. The average hemoglobin level of postpartum mothers before receiving date juice was 11.2 g/dL and after was 14.1 g/dL. There was a significant effect of Fe tablet and date juice administration on the hemoglobin levels of postpartum mothers (P-value 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of Fe tablet and date juice administration on the hemoglobin levels of postpartum mothers with anemia. It is recommended that postpartum mothers consume Fe tablets during the postpartum period according to health workers' recommendations and consume date juice to accelerate the increase of hemoglobin levels in postpartum mothers with anemia.
