Pengaruh Pemberian Infra Red dan Paraffin Bath terhadap Penurunan Nyeri pada Penderita Rheumathoid Arthritis Jari-jari Tangan di RSUD DR. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh Tahun 2015

Abstrak
Pada tahun 2009 kejadian arthritis berkisar 0,1% sampai 0,3% dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia atau diperkiran 30 dari 100.000 kejadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Infra Red dan Paraffin Bath terhadap penurunan nyeri pada Jari-jari tangan penderita Rheumathoid Arthritis di RSUD DR. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain pre dan post test. Populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh pasien Rheumathoid Arthritis di RSUD DR. Adnaan WD Bukittinggi pada bulan Agustus tahun 2015.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 8 orang. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi intensitas nyeri akibat Rheumathoid Arthritis. Analisis data dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan uji dependent t- test jika sebaran data normal dan analisis nonparametric uji wilcoxon jika sebaran data tidak normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata intensitas nyeri tekan sebelum intervensi 7,63 menjadi 3,50 dan rata-rata intensitas nyeri gerak 7,38 menjadi 3,50 setelah intervensi. Hasil uji wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dengan nilai p = 0,011 (p< 0,05) nyeri tekan dan p = 0,011 (p< 0,05) nyeri gerak, H0 diterima artinya ada pengaruh pemberian infra reddan Paraffin Bath terhadap penurunan nyeri pada jarijari akibat Rheumathoid Arthritis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian terapi dengan modalitas Infra Red dan Paraffin Bath efektif terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada jari-jari akibat Rheumathoid Arthritis. Untuk itu diharapkan kepada pasien dengan keluhan Rheumathoid Arthritis untuk dapat selalu aktif dan disiplin mengikuti program terapi yang efektif dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri, khususnya pelaksanaan terapi dengan modalitas Infra red dan Paraffin Bath. Abstract (EN): In 2009, the Arthritis cases was around 0,1% until 0,3% from the Indonesian’s population or it was predicted around 30 from 100.000 cases. The aim of this research is to know the effect of giving Infra Red and Paraffin Bath to ward the decreasing pain in the fingers of Rheumatoid Arthritis patient in RSUD Dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh. This is quasi experiment by using pre and post test design. Population on this research was the entire Rheumatoid Arthritis patient in RSUD Dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh on August 2015. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique so that it had 8 patient as samples. Athe data was collected by using observation sheets about the pain intensity that is caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis. The data was analyzed by using computer dependent t-test if the distribution of data was normal and non parametric analysis wilcoxon test if the distribution of data was not normal. The results of this research showed that the average pushing pain intensity before intervention was 7,63 became 3,50 and the average pushing pain intensity was 7,38 became 3,50 after intervention. Based on wilcoxon test, there was a differentiation between the average of pain intensity before and after intervention where p=0,011 (p<0,05) in pushing pain and p=0,011 (p<0,05) in moving pain. H0 that was received means there were the effect of giving Infra Red and Paraffin Bath to ward the decreasing pain in the fingers that is caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis. It can be concluded that the giving of therapy with the modality of Infra Red and Paraffin Bath is effective in decreasing the pain intensity in the fingers that is caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis. So that, it is Hoped to the Rheumatoid Arthritis patient to be active disclipline in doing therapy that candecrease the pain, especially in using Infra Red and Paraffin Bath.
