Abstrak
Daun alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) mengandung flavonoid dan tanin yang berpotensi sebagai imunomodulator. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh fraksi etil asetat daun alpukat terhadap profil darah lengkap tikus putih jantan galur Wistar serta menentukan dosis yang optimal. Desain penelitian menggunakan true experimental dengan metode pre-post test control. Tikus dibagi dalam empat kelompok, yaitu kontrol, dosis 150 mg, 300 mg, dan 600 mg yang diberikan secara oral selama 14 hari. Parameter hematologi yang diukur meliputi hemoglobin, eritrosit, hematokrit, trombosit, limfosit, dan monosit. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian fraksi etil asetat daun alpukat pada dosis 150, 300, dan 600 mg tidak memberikan perbedaan bermakna (p>0,05) pada kadar hemoglobin, eritrosit, trombosit, limfosit, dan monosit.
