Abstrak
Teknik menyusui mempengaruhi ibu dalam pemberian ASI Ekslusif. PMB terhadap 7 ibu menyusui ternyata 3 orang diantaranya ibu menyusui dengan teknik yang tidak benar. Ibu yang menyusui dengan teknik tidak benar yaitu menyusui puting susu tidak dioleskan dengan ASI, sebagian besar areola tidak masuk kedalam mulut bayi, bayi tidak menempel pada perut ibu. Tujuan penelitian Pengaruh Demonstrasi Teknik Menyusui Yang Benar Terhadap Perilaku Ibu Menyusui di PBM Kabupaten Dharmasraya Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest and posttest design. Waktu penelitian Desember 2024. Populasi pada ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 ibu dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengetahuan ibu sebelum demonstrasi teknik menyusui yang benar adalah 17 responden (56,7%) kurang, pengetahuan ibu sesudah demonstrasi teknik menyusui yang benar yang benar adalah 10 responden 20 responden (66,7%). Sikap ibu sebelum demonstrasi teknik menyusui yang benar adalah 16 responden (53,3%) negatif, sikap ibu sesudah demonstrasi teknik menyusui yang benar yang benar adalah positf 19 responden (63,3,7%). Tindakan ibu sesudah pemberian strategi konseling berimbang adalah 15 responden (50,0%) negatif Tindakan ibu sesudah demonstrasi teknik menyusui yang benar yang benar 21 responden (70,0%). Ada pengaruh demonstrasi teknik menyusui yang benar terhadap (pengetahuan p=0,000), (sikap p=0,000), (tindakan p=0,000) ibu menyusui di tempat praktek bidan mandiri. Disimpulkan ada pengaruh demonstrasi teknik menyusui yang benar terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan. Diharapkan kepada untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang didapat tentang teknik menyusui yang benar. Sehingga bayi tercukupi ASI dan ibu merasa nyaman saat menyusui. Abstract (EN): Breastfeeding techniques affect mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding. PMB of 7 breastfeeding mothers turned out that 3 of them were breastfeeding mothers with incorrect techniques. Mothers who breastfeed with incorrect techniques, namely breastfeeding the nipples are not smeared with breast milk, most of the areola does not enter the baby's mouth, the baby does not attach to the mother's stomach. The purpose of the study The Effect of Demonstration of Correct Breastfeeding Techniques on Breastfeeding Mothers' Behavior at PBM Dharmasraya Regency in 2024. This type of research uses a pre-experiment method with a one group pretest and posttest design. The research time is December 2024. The population is breastfeeding mothers aged 0-6 months. The sample in this study was 30 mothers with an acidental sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the knowledge of mothers before the demonstration of correct breastfeeding techniques was 17 respondents (56.7%) lacking, the knowledge of mothers after the demonstration of correct breastfeeding techniques was 10 respondents 20 respondents (66.7%). The mother's attitude before the demonstration of the correct breastfeeding technique was 16 respondents (53.3%) negative, the mother's attitude after the demonstration of the correct breastfeeding technique was positive 19 respondents (63.3.7%). The mother's actions after the provision of a balanced counseling strategy were 15 respondents (50.0%) negative. The mother's actions after the demonstration of the correct breastfeeding technique were 21 respondents (70.0%). There is an effect of the demonstration of the correct breastfeeding technique on (knowledge p = 0.000), (attitude p = 0.000), (action p = 0.000) breastfeeding mothers at the independent midwife practice. It is concluded that there is an effect of the demonstration of the correct breastfeeding technique on knowledge, attitudes, actions. It is expected to apply the knowledge gained about the correct breastfeeding technique. So that the baby gets enough breast milk and the mother feels comfortable while breastfeeding.
