Abstrak
Cakupan pemberian imunisasi DPT di Sumatera Barat berada pada urutan ke- 4 cakupan terendah nasional. Cakupan imunisasi DPT di Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya masih dibawah target yaitu 62,8%. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena rasa sakit dan nyeri akibat imunisasi DPT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Hubungan Teknik Menyusui Terhadap Respon Nyeri Pada Bayi Saat Imunisasi DPT Di Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang Tahun 2024”. Jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi penelitian adalah bayi yang di imunisasi DPT. Sampel berjumlah 60 orang terdiri dari 30 kelompok kontrol dan 30 kelompok intervensi. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi skala FLACC. Analisa data dengan univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian univariat didapatkan 23 responden (76,7%) kelompok kontrol dengan nyeri berat dan 26 responden (86,7%) kemlompok intervensi dengan nyeri ringan. Hasil uji statistic chi square diperoleh nilai p value 0.000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan antara teknik menyusui terhadap respon nyeri pada bayi saat imunisasi DPT. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah teknik menyusui berhubungan dengan respon nyeri pada bayi saat imunisasi DPT di Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang tahun 2024. Bagi tenaga kesehatan dan puskesmas agar menyarankan ibu untuk menyusui bayinya pada saat imunisasi karena dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri imunisasi. Abstract (EN): The coverage of DPT immunization in West Sumatra is in the 4th lowest national coverage. DPT immunization coverage at the Lubuk Buaya Community Health Center is still below the target, namely 62.8%. One of the causes is pain and soreness due to DPT immunization. This study aims to determine "The relationship between breastfeeding techniques and pain responses in babies during DPT immunization at the Lubuk Buaya Padang Community Health Center in 2024". Type of analytical survey research with a case control approach. The study population was babies who were immunized with DPT. The sample consisted of 60 people consisting of 30 control groups and 30 intervention groups. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection used the FLACC scale observation sheet. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. The results of the univariate research showed that 23 respondents (76.7%) in the control group had severe pain and 26 respondents (86.7%) in the intervention group had mild pain. The results of the chi square statistical test obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a relationship between breastfeeding technique and the pain response in babies during DPT immunization. The conclusion of the research is that breastfeeding technique is related to the pain response in babies during DPT immunization at the Lubuk Buaya Padang Community Health Center in 2024. Health workers and community health centers should advise mothers to breastfeed their babies during immunization because it can reduce the pain of immunization.
