Abstrak
Kejadian Hepatitis B (HBsAg +) yang masih menjadi perhatian khusus yang akan berdampak kepada perkembangan janin. Laporan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat pada tahun 2022 kejadian Hepatitis B (HBsAg +) 68 orang (0,58%) dari 11.615 ibu hamil sedangkan pada tahun 2023 jumlah kejadian hepatitis B dalam kehamilan yaitu 49 orang (0,47%) dari 10.325 ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi, riwayat keluarga dan penggunaan jarum suntik dengan kejadian hepatitis B (HBsAg +) Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Sekecamatan Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Per Tahun 2021 s/d 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah retrospektif dengan desain penelitian case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang mengalami hepatitis B (HBsAg +) tahun 2021 – 2023 dengan jumlah sampel 168 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu dengan melihat rekam medik pasien, analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji statistitik terdapat hubungan status gizi (p = 0,009 dan OR=2,496), riwayat keluarga (p = 0,000 dan OR=7,701), Penggunaan jarum suntik (p = 0,025 dan OR = 2,232) dengan Kejadian Hepatitis B (HBsAg +) Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Sekecamatan Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Per Tahun 2021 s/d 2023. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan status gizi (IMT) riwayat keluarga dan Penggunaan jarum suntik dengan Kejadian Hepatitis B (HBsAg +) Pada Ibu Hamil. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk dapat membantu mengurangi faktor resiko terjadinya hepatitis B dalam kehamilan. Abstract (EN): The incidence of Hepatitis B (HBsAg +) is still a special concern which will have an impact on fetal development. The West Pasaman District Health Service report in 2022 was 68 people (0.58%) out of 11,615 pregnant women, while in 2023 the number of hepatitis B incidents in pregnancy was 49 people (0.47%) out of 10,325 pregnant women. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status, family history and use of injection needles with the incidence of hepatitis B (HBsAg +) in pregnant women at the Kinali Community Health Center, West Pasaman Regency from 2021 to 2023. The type of research used was retrospective with a research design. case control. The population in this study were all pregnant women who experienced hepatitis B (HBsAg +) in 2021 - 2023 with a sample size of 168 people. The data used is secondary data, namely by looking at the patient's medical records, data analysis using the Chi-Square test. The statistical test results show a relationship between nutritional status (p = 0.009 and OR = 2,496), family history (p = 0.000 and OR = 7,701), use of injection needles (p = 0.025 and OR = 2,232) with the incidence of Hepatitis B (HBsAg +) in pregnant women at the Kinali District Health Center, West Pasaman Regency as of 2021 until 2023. Conclusion: There is a relationship between nutritional status (BMI), family history and use of injection needles with the incidence of Hepatitis B. (HBsAg +) in pregnant women. It is recommended that health workers help reduce the risk factors for hepatitis B in pregnancy.
