Abstrak
Menarche dini merupakan menstruasi pertama yang dialami seorang wanita subur pada usia di bawah 12 tahun. Kondisi menarche dini karena mendapat produksi hormon estrogen lebih banyak di banding wanita lain pada umumnya. menarche terlampau dini merupakan faktor resiko terjadinya kanker ovarium,hyperplasia endometrium, kolesistitis,kanker payudara, mioma uteri dan kanker servix. Dari data Riskesdas (2010) pada remaja yang berusia 15-19 terjadi penurunan usia menarche yaitu usia 13-14 tahun sebanyak 51,3% dan yang dibawah usia 12 tahun sebanyak 30%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi, paparan media massa, uang jajan dan konsusmsi junk food denganmenarchedini. Penelitianbersifatanalitikdengandesaincross sectional.Population is as much as 536 people were taken from class XI and XII SMAN I Solok Year 2015. Samples were taken by stratified random sampling , totaling 230 people . Data were collected through interviews guided by the guide questionnaire , then processed in a computerized using chi -square statistical test . Hasil analisis univariat diketahui 34,8 % responden mengalami menarche dini, 32,6 % status gizi tidak normal, 52,2 % paparan media massa tinggi, 68,7 % memperoleh uang jajan besar, dan 48,7 % sering konsumsi junk food. Hasil analisa bivariat diketahui ada hubungan status gizi (p = 0,011 dan OR = 2,336), paparan media massa (p = 0,007 dan OR = 2,239), dan uang jajan (p = 0,024 dan OR = 2,146) dengan kejadian menarche dini, serta tidak ada hubungan konsumsi junk food dengan kejadian menarchedini (p = 1,000). Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan status gizi, paparan mediamassa, dan uang jajan dengan kejadian menarche dini. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan pada pihak sekolah agar kegiatan PKPR lebih diarahkan pada kesehatan reproduksi remaja, khususnya mencegah usia menarche dini. Abstract (EN): Early menarche is the first period experienced by a woman of childbearing age under 12 years old. Condition early menarche as it gets more estrogen production compared to other women in general. too early menarche is a risk factor for ovarian cancer , endometrial hyperplasia , cholecystitis , breast cancer , uterine cancer and cervix uteri . From the data Riskesdas (2010 ) in adolescents aged 15-19 decreased menarche age is the age of 13-14 years by 51.3 % and were under the age of 12 years as many as 30 %. The aim of research to determine the relationship of nutritional status, exposure to mass media, pocket money andkonsusmsi junk food with early menarche. Analytical research with cross sectional design. The population is all students of class X and XI SMAN I Solok 2015 which amounted to 536 people. Data were collected through interviews guided by the guide questionnaire, then processed in a computerized using chi-square statistical test. Results of univariate analysis known to 34.8% of respondents occurred early menarche, 32.6% nutritional status is not normal, 52.2% higher exposure to the mass media, 68.7% earn pocket money big and 72 (31.3%) earn pocket money small, and 48.7% frequent consumption of junk food. Results of bivariate analysis is known to have a relationship of nutritional status (p = 0.011 and OR = 2.336), mass media exposure (p = 0.007 and OR = 2,239), and pocket money (p = 0.024 and OR = 2.146) with the incidence of early menarche, and not no junk food consumption correlation with the incidence of early menarche (p = 1.000). It was concluded that there is a relationship of nutritional status, exposure to mass media, and the allowance with the incidence of early menarche. Therefore, it is expected at the school for activities PKPR more focused on adolescent reproductive health, particularly to prevent premature menarche age.
