Abstrak
Susu formula adalah susu yang telah dimodifikasi sedemikian rupa agar dapat memberikan zat gizi bagi bayi. Banyaknya ibu yang memberi susu formula dan berpengaruh besar tingginya 23,5 kali yang diberi susu formula. Setiap tahun 1-1,5 juta bayi di dunia meninggal karena tidak diberi ASI kepada bayinya. Tujuan penelitian ini Mengetahui hubungan sikap ibu, dukungan suami, dan peran petugas kesehatan dengan pemberian susu formula pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Kota Solok tahun 2015. Penelitian menggunakan metode analitik dengan desain cross sectional, telah dilaksanakan pada bulan semptember - oktober 2015. Dengan populasi semua ibu yang mempunyai bayi 0-6 bulan diwilayah kerja puskesmas tanjung paku solok yaitu 117 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan komputerisasi meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistic Chi-square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar 56 (47,1%) ibu yang memberikan susu formula kepada bayinya, 55 (47,0%) bersikap negativ dengan p=0,000 dan OR=0,125, 62 (53,0%) dukungan suami kurang dengan p=0,000 dan OR=0,163, dan 46 (40,6%) dengan peran petugas kesehatan tidak berperan dengan p=0,734 dan OR=1,217 Disimpulkan bahwa sikap ibu antara dukungan suami dan peran petugas kesehatan dengan pemberian susu formula pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Diharapkan Kepala Puskesmas perlu memperhatikan kesehatan dan meningkatkan penyuluhan secara berkala setiap kegiatan Posyandu kepada ibu hamil dan ibu bayi tentang manfaat pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Abstract (EN): Formula milk is milk that has been modified in such a way to provide nutrients for the baby. The number of mothers who gave a major influence on the high of 23.5 times the formula-fed infants. Every year 1-1.5 million babies worldwide die because they do not breast-fed their babies. Knowing the purpose of this study the relationship mother's attitude, the support of her husband, and the role of health workers with formula feeding in infants aged 0-6 months in Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Solok Tahun 2015. This research was conducted in September 2015 by using analytic survey with cross sectional design and the population in this study were all mothers with babies 0-6 months working area health centers nail solok promontory that is 117 respondents. How to sampling by using total sampling. The analysis in this study using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test and with a degree of confidence of 95% (α = 0.05). Results of univariate analysis showed that most of the 56 (47.1%) of mothers in the work area health centers nail headlands give formula, 55 (47.0%) negative attitude towards formula feeding, 62 (53.0%) with the support of her husband less good to formula feeding, and 46 (40.6%) with the role of health workers do not contribute about formula feeding. Results of bivariate analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between the attitude of the mother, the husband support the value of P and OR respectively are p = 0.000 and OR = 2,195 ; p = 0.000 and OR = 2,661, and the absence of a relationship only between the role of health workers with formula feeding with p = 0.734 and OR = 0,163. From the results of this study concluded that the mother's attitude is most associated with formula feeding. Expected Head of Puskesmas need to pay attention to health and improve education on a regular basis every Posyandu activities to pregnant women and mothers of infants on the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding and the expected officers KIA health centers to provide counseling to the midwife BPS in order to teach the mother to give only breast milk until the age of 6 months old baby.
