Hubungan Pola Makan, Obesitas dan Aktivitas Fisik dengan Gejala Rematik pada Lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Palupuh Kecamatan Palupuh Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2015

Abstrak
Tingginya prevalensi penyakit rematik di Indonesia yaitu sekitar 80% penduduk yang berusia lebih 40 mengalami rematik. WHO melaporkan diperkirakan sekitar 335 juta orang mengidap penyakit rematik dan 25% penderita rematik mengalami kecacatan akibat gangguan dan kerusakan pada persendian. Berdasarkan data yang didapat di Puskesmas Palupuh ditemukan pada tahun 2014 89,90% lansia mengalami rematik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan, obesitas dan aktivitas fisik dengan gejala rematik pada Lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Palupuh. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Analitik dengan Desain Cross Sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 95 lansia, dengan uji Univariat dan Bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa lansia yang berpola makan kurang baik sebanyak 57 (60.0%), obesitas sebanyak 20 (21.1%), yang beraktivitas berat sebanyak 58 (61.1%), yang berisiko gejala rematik sebanyak 54 (56.7%), dan ada hubungan bermakana antara pola makan dengan gejala rematik (p=0.018 dan OR = 2.750), tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara obesitas dengan gejala rematik (p=0.181 dan OR = 2.042) ada hubungan yang bermakna antara aktivitas fisik dengan gejala rematik (p=0.033 dan OR = 2.494). Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pola makan dan aktivitas fisik dengan gejala rematik pada lansia. Untuk itu diharapkan kepada lansia agar mengatur pola makan, dan melakukan olahraga pada saat waktu luang. Abstract (EN): The higher of rheumatics’ prevalence in Indonesia is about 80% in people at the age above 40. WHO reported that there are 335 million people that had rheumatics and 25% had disability because of the problems and damages in joints. Based on the data in PuskesmasPalupuh, it was found that there were 89,90% older people that suffer from rheumatics in 2014. The aim of this research is to know the correlation between eating habits, obesity, and physical activity in the older people at Puskesmas Palupuh. This is descriptive analysis research by using Design Cross Sectional, which has 95 older people as samples, and Univariat test and also Bivariattest by using chisquare. The result of this research shows that the older people that had bad eating habits were about 57 (60.0%), obesity were about 20 (21.1%), that had hard physical activity were about 58 (61.1%), that had a risk to get rheumatics were about 54 (56.7%), and there are correlation between eating habits and rheumatics symptom (p=0.018and OR = 2.750), and there were not any correlation between obesity and rheumatics symptom (p=0.181and OR = 2.042) and there were correlation between physical activity and rheumatics symptom (p=0.033and OR = 2.494). From this research, it can be concluded that there are correlations between eating habits and physical activity toward rheumatics’ symptom in older people. So that, it is hoped to the older people to arrange their eating habits and do some exercises in their free time.
