Abstrak
Data kunjungan nifas pada tahun 2023 di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Batu Hampar pada KF1 84%, KF2 76%, KF3 67% dan KF4 61% dari data terlihat terjadinya penurunan kunjungan nifas pada KF1 ke KF2, KF2 ke KF 4, dari KF3 ke KF 4. Faktor-faktor seperti pengetahuan ibu tentang pentingnya kunjungan nifas, sikap ibu, dan dukungan suami serta keluarga diduga berperan dalam rendahnya angka kunjungan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan suami terhadap kujungan nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batu Hampar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 146 ibu nifas yang memiliki bayi berusia 6-8 minggu yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Analisa data univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, bivariat menggunakan chi- square. Hasil univariat menunjukkan sebagian besar dari responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah sebanyak 94 responden (64,4%), sebagian besar dari responden memiliki sikap negatif yaitu 87 responden (59,6%), sebagian besar dari responden tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami yaitu sebanyak 107 responden (73,3%) dan hampir seluruh dari responden melaksanakan kunjungan nifas tidak lengkap yaitu 126 responden (86,3%). Hasil bivariate didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 artinya ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kunjungan nifas. Hasil bivariate didapatkan nilai p-value 0,06, artinya tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kunjungan nifas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kunjungan nifas, namun tidak adanya hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kunjungan nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batu Hampar tahun 2024. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada ibu tentang kunjungan masa nifas sehingga ibu memahami pentingnya kunjungan nifas dan melakukan kunjungan nifas sesuai jadwal. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between husbands' knowledge, attitudes and support for postpartum visits in the Batu Hampar Community Health Center working area. This research is a descriptive analytical research approach cross-sectional. Univariate results show that the majority of respondents have a low level of knowledge, namely 94 respondents (64.4%), the majority of respondents have a negative attitude, namely 87 respondents (59.6%), the majority of respondents do not get support from their husbands, namely 107 respondents. (73.3%) and almost all respondents carried out incomplete postpartum visits, namely 126 respondents (86.3%). Bivariate results obtained values p-value 0.000 means there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards postpartum visits.
