Abstrak
Pada saat ini capaian imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib masih belum mencapai target. Berdasarkan laporan Puskesmas Sungai Pua pada tahun 2021 capaian DPT 1 (57,4%), DPT 2 (52,6%) dan DPT 3 (49,7%). Pada tahun 2022 capaian DPT 1 (57,6%), DPT 2 (57,6%) dan DPT 3 (47,4%). Sedangkan pada tahun 2023 capaian DPT 1 (54,6%), DPT 2 (46,0%) dan DPT 3 (46,5%). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pekerjaan, Efek Samping Dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Pemberian Imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib 3 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Pua Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 18 bulan – 36 bulan yang berjumlah 202 orang, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden, analisis data menggunakan uji chi- square. Hasil uji statistitik terdapat hubungan pekerjaan (p = 0,006 dan OR=1,235), efek samping (p = 0,001 dan OR=5,6) dan dukungan sosial (p = 0,032 dan OR=1,136) dengan pemberian imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib 3 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Pua Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2024. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada pekerjaan, efek samping dan dukungan sosial dengan pemberian imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib 3 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Pua Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2024. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk dapat membantu meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang imunisasi dasar serta mengajak ibu untuk melakukan imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib 3. Abstract (EN): Currently, the coverage of DPT-HB-Hib immunization has not yet reached the target. According to the report from Sungai Pua Health Center in 2021, the coverage for DPT 1 was 57.4%, DPT 2 was 52.6%, and DPT 3 was 49.7%. In 2022, the coverage for DPT 1 was 57.6%, DPT 2 was 57.6%, and DPT 3 was 47.4%. In 2023, the coverage for DPT 1 was 54.6%, DPT 2 was 46.0%, and DPT 3 was 46.5%. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between employment, side effects, and social support on the administration of DPT-HB- Hib 3 immunization in the work area of Sungai Pua Health Center, Agam District, in 2024. The research used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all mothers with children aged 18 to 36 months, totaling 202 individuals. The sample size in this study was 74 participants, selected using simple random sampling. The data used were primary data, collected through interviews with respondents. Data analysis was performed using chi-square tests. The results of statistical tests showed a significant relationship between employment (p = 0.006 and OR = 1.235), side effects (p = 0.001 and OR = 5.6), and social support (p = 0.032 and OR = 1.136) with the administration of DPT-HB-Hib 3 immunization in the work area of Sungai Pua Health Center, Agam District, 2024. The conclusion of this study indicates that employment, side effects, and social support are related to the administration of DPT-HB-Hib 3 immunization in the work area of Sungai Pua Health Center, Agam District, 2024. It is recommended that health workers assist in improving education on basic immunization and encourage mothers to have their children receive DPT-HB-Hib 3 immunization.
