Abstract (EN): Asthma is a chronic disease (prolonged) in the lungs with the most patients in the world. Based of data from the WHO In 2010, the number of asthma in the world is estimated at 300 million people. This figure is expected to rise until 400 million in 2025. This study aims to determine Relationship Between Exposure Of Cigarette Smoke, Stress, and Allergies with The Incidence of Asthma on Society in Work Area of Pakan Kamis Public Health Center, Tilatang Kamang Subdistrict Agam District In 2016. This research was conducted with the approach of cross sectional study, conducted research on the incidence of asthma by using a questionnaire with research subjects amounted to 79 people who meet the inclusion criteria. Data analysis using chisquare test. As for the independent variable is exposure of cigarette smoke, stress, allergies and the dependent variable was the incidence of asthma. The results showed that among 79 respondents know the amount of the incidence of asthma 28 people (35.4%), exposure of cigarette smoke or who are exposed amounted to 56 (70.9%), stress amounted to 43 (54.4%), while allergy numbered 42 people (53.2%). Statistical test results relationship incidence of asthma to exposure to cigarette smoke is obtained with p = 0,016 OR = 5.376, towards stress the values obtained with p = 0,044 OR = 3.043, Towards allergies obtained value p = 0.030 with OR = 3.295. In this study it was concluded that the exposure of cigarette smoke, stress and allergies related to the incidence of asthma. Of the three variables of the study who had the highest relationship level is variable the exposure of cigarette smoke towards the incidence of asthma.
