Abstrak
Dalam proses produksi di bagian cassia broken, terdapat empat bagian ruangan yaitu bagian pencurahan, prabroken, broken, dan pengepakan. Diantara keempat ruangan tersebut hanya satu bagian pencurahan yang intensitas kebisingannya dibawah NAB. Survey awa peneliti meakukan pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah bekerja diperoleh hasil 6 pekerja mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Kebisingan, Alat Pelindung Telinga dan Merokok dengan Tekanan Darah pada pekerja bagian Produksi Cassia Broken PT. Sumatera Tropical Spices Tahun 2016. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja bagian produksi cassia broken PT. Sumatera Tropical Spices sebanyak 35 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel secara total sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder serta di analisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square dan derajat kepercayaan 95% (α=0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diantara 35 responden terdapat (76,5%) terpapar bising, (47,1%) tidak menggunakan alat pelindung telinga, (70,6%) merokok. Kebisingan dengan p value 0,031dan OR 7,000. Alat Pelindung Telinga dengan p value 0,023 dan OR 0,125. Merokok dengan p value 0,034 dan OR 0,133 berhubungan dengan tekanan darah pada pekerja bagian produksi cassia broken PT. Sumatera Tropical Spices Tahun 2016. Hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kebisingan, alat pelindung telinga, dan merokok dengan tekanan darah pada pekerja bagian produksi cassia broken PT. Sumatera Tropical Spices tahun 2016. Perlu kesadaran dari pekerja untuk menggunakan alat pelindung diri secara lengkap terhindar dari penyakit akibat kerja. Abstract (EN): In the production process at the cassia broken , there are four parts of the room that is part of an outpouring , prabroken , broken , and packing . Among the four rooms are only one part of the outpouring of the intensity of the noise under the NAB . Exposure to noise that exceeds the NAB at the time can increase blood pressure.The purpose of the study was to determine the The relationship of noise, ear protective devices, and smoke with blood pressure in production workers cassia broken PT. Sumatera Tropical Spices Year 2016 Analytic survey method with cross sectional design. The population of this study is the production workers cassia broken PT . Sumatera Tropical Spices as many as 35 people . The sample in this study is total sampling where the entire population of the research taken as sample for 35 people . The data used are primary data and secondary data as well as analyze through univariate and bivariate with chi-square test and the level of confidence of 95 % ( α = 0.05). The results showed that from 35 respondents there are ( 76.5 % ) are exposed to noise , ( 47.1 % ) did not use ear protective gear , ( 70.6% ) smoked . Noise with p value 7.000 0,031dan OR . Ear Protector devices with p value 0.023 and OR 0.125 . Smoke with p value 0.034 and 0.133 OR associated with blood pressure in production workers cassia broken PT .
