Abstract (EN): Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) is still one of the causes of high maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia. The prevalence of SEZ in Limapuluh Kota Regency has increased in the last three years and the Maek Community Health Center is the highest Community Health Center with a figure of 21.9%. Many factors influence the incidence of CED in pregnant women. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of CED in pregnant women at the Maek Community Health Center, Limapuluh Kota Regency in 2024. This type of research is analytical descriptive with a cross- sectional design. The population of all pregnant women at the Maek Health Center in September was 112 people. Sampling technique: Proportional sampling, namely 88 pregnant women using a questionnaire. Research analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate analysis. The research results showed that 27.3% of pregnant women had CED. 84.1% of mothers had normal nutritional status. 62.5% of mothers have high knowledge. 52.3% of mothers felt that access to facilities/health facilities was good. 81.8% of mothers felt a lack of support from health workers. 52.3% of mothers have low economic status. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between nutritional status (p=0.000), access to health facilities/facilities (p=0.002) and support from health workers (p=0.000) on the incidence of CED in pregnant women. And there is no relationship between knowledge (p=0.013) and economic status (p=0.486) on the incidence of CED in pregnant women. It was concluded that the factors that influence the incidence of CED in pregnant women at the Maek Community Health Center are Nutritional Status, Staff Support and Access to Health Facilities. It is hoped that Health Officers will provide education and early detection about KEK and collaborate to provide access to health facilities in the Maek Community Health Center area.
