OR=0,234, paritas (0,004) OR=4,500, KEK (0,000) OR=5,667, preeklamsia (0,000) OR=9,400. Puskesmas Sungai Nanam yaitu usia (0,000) OR=9,333, paritas (0,000) OR=8,500, anemia (0,000) OR=11,000, KEK (0,000) OR=11,000, preeklamsia (0,000) OR=10,524. Puskesmas Singkarak yaitu usia (0,020) OR=3,850, anemia (0,008) OR=4,921, KEK (0,000) OR=6,089, preeklamsia (0,011) OR=4,800. Abstract (EN): The prevalence of low birth weight (BBLR) occurrences in Solok District from January to June 2024 was 6.42%, with a death risk 2-10 times higher. The aim of this study was to identify the factors associated with the occurrence of BBLR in the working area of the Community Health Center in Solok District in 2024. The study used a retrospective case-control design. The independent variables were age, parity, anemia history, history of chronic energy deficiency (KEK), multiple pregnancies, and preeclampsia. The dependent variable was the occurrence of BBLR. The study was conducted from October 2024 to January 2025. The population consisted of all infants born with low birth weight in the working areas of Community Health Center Alahan Panjang, Sungai Nanam, and Singkarak from January to June 2024. The case and control sample ratio was 1:2, with 67 cases and 134 controls. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data was processed using computer software and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-square statistical test. The results of the study showed the following incidences of BBLR: 28 cases from Puskesmas Alahan Panjang, 20 cases from Puskesmas Sungai Nanam, and 19 cases from Community Health Center Singkarak. The Chi-square statistical test results indicated significant relationships with the occurrence of BBLR, with a p-value < 0.05 for various factors. For Puskesmas Alahan Panjang, significant factors included age (0.023) OR=0.234, parity (0.004) OR=4.500, KEK (0.000) OR=5.667, and preeclampsia (0.000) OR=9.400. For Community Health Center Sungai Nanam, significant factors included age (0.000) OR=9.333, parity (0.000) OR=8.500, anemia (0.000) OR=11.000, KEK (0.000) OR=11.000, and preeclampsia (0.000) OR=10.524. For Puskesmas Singkarak, significant factors included age (0.020) OR=3.850, anemia (0.008) OR=4.921, KEK (0.000) OR=6.089, and preeclampsia (0.011) OR=4.800. The conclusion of the study is that there is a significant relationship between the occurrence of BBLR and age, parity, anemia, KEK, and preeclampsia. There was no significant relationship between BBLR occurrence and multiple pregnancies. It is recommended that Community Health Center provide education to minimize the occurrence of BBLR.
