Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square diperoleh p-value sebesar 0,009 Abstract (EN): Postpartum infections can be caused by malnutrition, lack of knowledge, poor hygiene, inadequate postpartum care, and dietary restrictions. A preliminary survey conducted in the working area of Lubuk Basung Community Health Center, Agam Regency, found that from January to August 2024, 120 postpartum mothers sought medical attention. Based on initial interviews with 10 mothers who experienced perineal rupture, 3 mothers had faster wound healing, while 7 mothers experienced delayed healing due to infection. This study aims to determine the factors influencing perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers in the working area of Lubuk Basung Community Health Center in 2024. The research uses a quantitative cross-sectional design, with a sample of 54 postpartum mothers, selected using consecutive sampling techniques. Using Chi- Square statistical analysis, the study found significant associations between: Nutrition and perineal wound healing (p-value = 0.009 < 0.05). Knowledge and perineal wound healing (p-value = 0.040 < 0.05). Personal hygiene and perineal wound healing (p-value = 0.014 < 0.05). Wound care and perineal wound healing (p-value = 0.019 < 0.05). Dietary restrictions and perineal wound healing (p- value = 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nutrition, knowledge, personal hygiene, wound care, and dietary restrictions with perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers at Lubuk Basung Community Health Center in 2024. Recommendations: Postpartum mothers are encouraged to improve their nutritional status, knowledge, personal hygiene, wound care, and dietary habits to promote faster perineal wound healing and prevent infections.
