Abstrak
UPTD RSUD Sungai Dareh tahun 2023, ibu yang bersalin secara SC sebanyak 546 orang dengan luka basah sebanyak 48 orang dan kejadian SC tahun 2024 pada bulan (Januari - Juli) sebanyak 283 orang dengan infeksi luka basah sebanyak 28 orang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyembuhan Luka Bekas Sectio Caesaria (SC) Di UPTD RSUD Sungai Dareh Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain crossectionaol study. Penelitian dilakukan bulan November – Desember 2024 di RSUD Sungai Dareh. Populasi seluruh ibu post SC sebanyak 46 orang dengan total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan program komputerisasi dan di analisis dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari separuh responden yaitu sebanyak 41 (89,1%) responden memiliki penyembuhan luka yang baik, 41 (89,1%) responden tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit, 33 (71,7%) responden memiliki personal hygiene yang baik, 41 (89,1%) responden memiliki mobilisasi kurang baik, 40 (87%) responden memiliki status gizi normal. Ada hubungan riwayat penyakit dengan penyembuhan luka SC nilai p = 0,006 dan Nilai OR diperoleh sebesar 29,250, personal hygiene dengan penyembuhan luka SC nilai p = 0,018 dan Nilai OR diperoleh sebesar 14,222, status gizi dengan penyembuhan luka SC nilai p = 0,000. Tidak ada hubungan mobilisasi dengan penyembuhan luka SC nilai p = 0,453. Disimpulkan ada hubungan riwayat penyakit, personal hygiene, dan status gizi dengan penyembuhan luka SC. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada ibu terkait dengan penyembuhan luka SC, sehingga luka SC ibu dapat sembuh sebagaimana mestinya. Abstract (EN): UPTD RSUD Sungai Dareh in 2023, there were 546 mothers who gave birth via SC, with 48 wet wounds and SC incidents in 2024 in January - July) were 283 people with 28 wet wound infections. The aim of the research is to find out the factors that influence the healing of Sectio Caesaria (SC) scars at the UPTD of Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital. The type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The research was conducted in November – December 2024 at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital. The population of all mothers was 46 people with total sampling. Data analysis used a computerized program and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The results of the study showed that more than half of the respondents, namely 41 (89.1%) respondents had good wound healing, 41 (89.1%) respondents had no history of illness, 33 (71.7%) respondents had good personal hygiene, 41 (89.1%) respondents had poor mobility, 40 (87%) respondents had normal nutritional status. There is a relationship between disease history (p = 0.006), with SC wound healing, the value is p = 0.006 and the OR value is 29.250, personal hygiene is p = 0.018 and the OR value is 14.222, nutritional status with SC wound healing is p = 0.000. with SC wound healing. There is no relationship between mobilization and SC wound healing, p value = 0.453. It was concluded that there was a relationship between disease history, personal hygiene and nutritional status with SC wound healing. It is hoped that health workers will provide education to mothers regarding healing SC wounds. So that the mother's SC wound can heal as it should
