Abstrak
Abortus salah satu penyumbang angka kematian ibu namun sering dilaporkan sebagai kasus perdarahan. Pendekatan etiologi merupakan upaya terbaik dalam menurunkan mortalitas dan morbiditas akibat abortus yang kejadiannya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor resiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor usia, paritas, riwayat abortus dan jarak kehamilan mempengaruhi kejadian abortus inkomplit di RSUD Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam Periode Tahun 2021 s/d 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control. Populasinya 134 ibu hamil usia < 20 minggu dengan perdarahan. Dengan perbandingan sampel 1: 1 menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. 67 sampel dengan diagnosa abortus inkomplit dan 67 sampel tidak dengan diagnosa abortus inkomplit. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 67 sampel (50%) mengalami abortus inkomplit, 71 sampel (53,0% ) usia beresiko, paritas beresik 90 sampel (67,2%), ada riwayat abortus 47 sampel (35,1%) dan jarak kehamilan beresiko 65 sampel (48,5%). Hasil uji analisis Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p-value usia : 0,001, paritas: 0,006, pada riwayat abortus 0,001 dan jarak kehamilan 0,300. Kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan dari usia, paritas, riwayat abortus terhadap kejadian abortus inkomplit dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada jarak kehamilan terhadap abortus inkomplit di RSUD Lubuk Basung Periode Tahun 2021 s/d 2023. Harapan agar pendokumentasian di rumah sakit terstandar sehingga informasi medis pasien bisa ditindak lanjuti. Abstract (EN): Abortion is one of the contributors to maternal mortality rates but is often reported as a case of bleeding. An etiological approach is the best effort to reduce mortality and morbidity due to abortion, which is influenced by several risk factors. This study aims to determine whether factors such as age, parity, history of abortion, and pregnancy spacing influence the incidence of incomplete abortion at RSUD Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency, for the period 2021 to 2023. This research uses a case- control design. The population consisted of 134 pregnant women under 20 weeks of gestation with bleeding. A 1:1 sample ratio was used with a purposive sampling technique, including 67 samples diagnosed with incomplete abortion and 67 samples without an incomplete abortion diagnosis. The study results showed that 67 samples (50%) experienced incomplete abortion, 71 samples (53.0%) were of risky age, 90 samples (67.2%) had risky parity, 47 samples (35.1%) had a history of abortion, and 65 samples (48.5%) had risky pregnancy spacing. The Chi-Square test analysis results showed a p- value of 0.001 for age, 0.006 for parity, 0.001 for abortion history, and 0.300 for pregnancy spacing. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between age, parity, and history of abortion with the incidence of incomplete abortion, while there is no significant relationship between pregnancy spacing and incomplete abortion at RSUD Lubuk Basung for the period 2021 to 2023. It is hoped that hospital documentation will be standardized so that patients' medical information can be properly followed up.
