Abstrak
Menurut Profil Kesehatan Puskesmas Tanah Garam tahun 2015 terdapat persentase yang melakukan PHBS yaitu 32,7% dan yang tidak melakukan PHBS yaitu 67,3%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat (PHBS) Pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga Di Kelurahan Tanah Garam Kecamatan Lubuk Sikarah Kota Solok Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Agustus 2016 dengan menggunakan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga di Kelurahan Tanah Garam Kecamatan Lubuk Sikarah Kota Solok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah systematic random sampling sebanyak 78 responden. Analisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square dan derajat kepercayaan 95%(α=0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 78 responden terdapat 56,4% berpendidikan rendah, (55,1%) pengetahuan rendah, (71,8%) lingkungan sosial baik, peran tenaga kesehatan yang berperan (53,8%) dan PHBS kurang baik (65,4%). Pendidikan dengan p value 0,897 dan OR 0.837. Pengetahuan p value 0,027 dan OR 3.478. Lingkungan sosial p value 0,007 dan OR 8.065. Peran petugas kesehatan p value 0,018 dan OR 3.766. Hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan, lingkungan sosial, dan peran petugas kesehatan dengan PHBS. Disarankan kepada lintas sektor kesehatan dengan tokoh masyarakat untuk mengadakan penyuluhan dan pelatihan guna memberikan informasi tentang PHBS. The research was conducted in August 2016 by using a cross sectional design. The population in this research were all heads of families in the Kelurahan Tanah Garam Kecamatan Lubuk Sikarah Kota Solok. The sample in this research is a systematic random sampling as much as 78 respondents. Univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test and the degree of confidence of 95% (α = 0.05). The results showed that out of 78 respondents are less educated, 56.4%, (55.1%) lower knowledge, (71.8%) good social environment, the role of medical personnel that play a role (53.8%) and less well PHBS ( 65.4%). These results can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, social environment, and the role of health workers in PHBS. It is advisable to cross the health sector with community leaders to conduct education and training in order to provide information on PHBS.
