Abstrak
Imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan terhadap penyakit Diptheri, Pertusis (batuk rejan), Tetanus, Hepatitis B dan infeksi Haemofilus Influenza Tipe B secara simultan. Pemberian imunisasi pada bayi tepat pada waktunya adalah faktor yang sangat penting untuk menentukan keberhasilan Imunisasi dan kesehatan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian imunisasi DPTHB-Hib III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Sikaping tahun 2016. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional study dengan sampel 62 orang ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 4-11 bulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan buku KIA. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji chi-square dengan teknik komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan ibu baik (62,9%), dukungan keluarga baik (50%), Peran Petugas kesehatan (77,4%), bayi mendapatkan imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib III (62,9%). Diketahui terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan ibu (p=0,000, OR=10,449), Dukungan keluarga (p=0,009, OR=5,060), Peran petugas kesehatan (p=0,000, OR=49,400) dengan pemberian imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib III. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan ibu, dukungan keluarga, Peran petugas kesehatan sangat mempengaruhi terhadap pemberian imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib III pada bayi. Oleh karena itu peneliti menyarankan agar petugas kesehatan lebih berperan untuk memberikan informasi yang lengkap dan akurat tentang imunisasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui kader kesehatan serta menyediakan brosur/leaflet di posyandu. Ibu dan keluarga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manfaat imunisasi dengan cara menghadiri penyuluhan serta membaca brosur/leaflet yang disediakan di posyandu sehingga ibu dan keluarga mengerti dan memahami pentingnya imunisasi dan mau untuk memberikan imunisasi bayinya. Abstract (EN): DPT-HB-Hib immunization is one of the efforts to prevent diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough), tetanus, Hepatitis B and haemophilus Influenza type B simultaneously. Giving immunization to infants on time is very important to find out the success of immunization as well as the baby’s health. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors associated with the provision of DPT-HBHib III immunization in Puskesmas Lubuk Sikaping Working Area in 2016. The method used in this research was analytics with cross sectional study design by using 62 mothers whose babies are aged 4-11 months as samples. The data was collected by interviewing the samples by using questionnaires and KIA book. Data analysis was done by chi-square test with computerized techniques. The result showed mother’s good knowledge (62.9%), good family support (50%), the role of health workers (77.4%), and babies receiving DPT-HBHib III immunization (62.9%). It is discovered that there is a significant relationship between mother’s knowledge (p = 0.000, OR = 10.449), family support (p = 0.009, OR = 5.060), the role of health workers (p = 0.000, OR = 49.400) with the administration of DPT-HB-Hib III. The conclusion of this research is mother’s knowledge, family support and the role of health workers greatly affects the administration of DPT-HB-Hib III to infants. Therefore, the researcher suggests that the health workers should play a bigger role in providing complete and accurate information on immunization, either directly or through health workers. It is also advised that the health workers to provide brochures or leaflets in Posyandu. Mothers and families can improve knowledge about the benefits of immunization by attending counseling and reading the brochures or leaflets provided at the Posyandu. Hopefully it will help mothers and families to know and understand the importance of immunization and are willing to immunize their babies.
