Abstrak
Situasi yang di hadapi penderita HIV/AIDS sangat kompleks, selain harus menghadapi penyakitnya sendiri, mereka juga menghadapi stigma dan deskriminasi, sehingga mengalami masalah pada fisik, psikis, dan sosial yang memerlukan intervensi komprehensif meliputi medikametosa, nutrisi, dukungan sosial, dukungan keluarga maupun psikoterapi/konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien HIV/AIDS di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini di lakukan di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi pada bulan juni sampai october 2015 dengan populasi seluruh pasien yang berada di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar yang berjumlah 133 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Pengumpulan data di lakukan secara komputerisasi meliputi analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa lebih dari sebagian responden (59,4 %) memiliki kualitas hidup kurang baik, lebih dari sebagian responden (50 %) memiliki kurang baik dalam kategori fisik, lebih dari sebagian responden (59,4 %) melakukan bersosial yang baik, lebih dari sebagian responden (56,2 %) memiliki lingkungan kurang baik. Sedangkan hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara dukungan fisik (P= 0,012, OR= 7,222), dukungan sosial (P= 0,016, OR= 7,26), dukungan lingkungan (P= 0,016, OR= 7,562) terhadap kualitas hidup. Disimpulkan bahwa kualitas hidup sangat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan fisik, dukungan sosial, dan dukungan lingkungan. Untuk itu diharapkan upaya dari berbagai pihak, khususnya pihak keluarga untuk lebih meningkatkan perhatian serta motivasi agar penderita merasa lebih diperhatikan dan lebih bersemangat. Abstract (EN): The situation faced by people with HIV / AIDS is very complex, in addition to having to face the disease itself, they also face stigma and discrimination, and therefore experience problems in the physical, psychological, social and requiring comprehensive intervention includes medikametosa, nutrition, social support, family support and psychotherapy /counseling. This study aims to determine the factors associated with quality of life of patients with HIV / AIDS at the Hospital Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi 2016. It was concluded that the quality of life is influenced by the physical support, social support, and support the environment. for the expected efforts from various parties, especially the family to further increase the attention and motivation so that people feel more noticed and more excited.
