Abstrak
Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas X Koto I terdapat 23 posyandu dengan jumlah kader 115 orang. Berdasarkan survei awal yang dilakukan di posyandu pada Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas X Koto I September 2015 yang dilakukan pada 2 posyandu dengan jumlah kader 10 orang, didapatkan 5 orang tidak tahu dengan pelaksanaan sistem lima langkah pada posyandu 50%, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kinerja Kader Dalam Pelaksanaan Sistem Lima Langkah Pada Posyandu Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas X Koto I Kabupaten Tanah Datar Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatancross sectional. Penelitian ini telah di lakukan pada bulan Desember 2015 s.d Januari 2016, dengan jumlah sampel 54 orang respondendengan analisis data univariat dan bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan 56% responden pendidikan tinggi, 52% responden pengetahuan rendah, 56% tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan, 50% responden dukungan masyarakat kurang baik dan baik, dan 59% melaksanakan sistem lima langkah. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan dengan pvalue = 0.001 dan OR = 8.000, pengetahuan pvalue = 0.002 dan OR = 6.491, pelatihan pvalue = 0.035 dan OR = 3.429, dan dukungan masyarakat pvalue = 0.000 dan OR = 11.500 dengan pelaksanaan sistem lima langkah pada posyandu. Berdasarkan penelitian ini ada hubungan antara pendidikan, pengetahuan, pelatihan dan dukungan masyarakat dengan kinerja kader pada pelaksanaan sistemlima langkah. Diharapkan institusi puskesmas untuk memberikan motivasi kinerja kader posyandu terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan dengan sistem lima langkah. Abstract (EN): Work-area Clinics X Koto I there are 23 posyandu with the number of cadres of 115 people. The research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. This research has been done in December 2015 s. d January 2016, with a total of 54 samples of those respondents with data analysis Univariate and bivariat. Based on the results showed 56% higher education respondents, 52% of respondents knowledge is low, 56% never attend training, 50% of the respondents support the public good and less good, and 59% carry out a five-step system. From the results of research shows there is a meaningful relationship between education with a pvalue = 0.001 and OR = 8000 pvalue = 0.002, knowledge and OR = 6491, pvalue = 0035 training and OR = 3429, and community support pvalue = 0000 and OR = 11500 to the implementation of the system of five steps at posyandu. Based on this study no relationship between education, knowledge, training and community support to the performance of cadres on the implementation of the system of five steps. The health institutes are expected to give a motivational performance posyandu cadre towards activities with a system of five steps.
