Abstrak
Abstrak tidak tersedia dalam bahasa Indonesia Abstract (EN): Based on data collected by UNICEF there are 1.3 million children each year are not immunized are complete. Then, as a result of children who died from measles has reached 30,000 annually and hepatitis affects more than 20% of Indonesian children. Without immunization in Indonesia approximately 3 100 children will die because of the birth of rock krejan, 1 in 100 births will die of tetanus, and 200,000 children 1 (one) will suffer from polio. The aim of research to determine the factors associated with the completeness of basic immunization in infants in Puskesmas Lintau Buo III Tanah Datar 2016. Analytical research type with cross sectional design. Variable research is complete basic immunization, work, knowledge and attitude of the mother. The population in the study all mothers who have babies who are domiciled in the working area of PuskesmasLintauBuo III, amounting to 334 people and a sampling technique is simple random sampling with 77 people. The study was conducted on 18 to 30 January 2016. Data was collected by questionnaire and processed using computerized analysis techniques chi-squre. The results showed more than a majority (51.9%) infants get fully immunized. More than most (53.2%) of respondents did not work. More than most (62.3%) of respondents knowledgeable about high primary immunization in infants. More than most (54.5%) of respondents are more favorable to the completeness of basic immunization in infants. There was no relationship between the mother's occupation with the complete basic immunization in infants with p = 0.091 and OR = 0.457 value. There is a relationship between knowledge of mothers with complete basic immunization in infants with p = 0.001 and OR = 5,250 value. There is a relationship between attitudes to women with complete basic immunization in infants with p = 0.018 and OR = 3.046 value. Suggested to health centers in order to hold a health promotion approach to the community about the importance of basic immunization in infants or toddlers.
