Abstrak
Skabies merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh infestasi parasit obligat pada manusia. Sarcoptes scabiei var hominis ke dalam stratum korneum dan granulosum pejamu. Penularan dapat terjadi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Diperkirakan lebih dari 300 juta orang di seluruh dunia terkena skabies. Di daerah tropis seperti di Indonesia prevalensi skabies cenderung meningkat. Pada Penelitian ini digunakan adalah penelitian Survey analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, personal hygiene dan kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian skabies di Komplek Asrama SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Padang Mengatas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara total sampling. Jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 65 responden. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan pembagian kuesioner kepada responden. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara univariat dan bivariat dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode statistik chi square. Dari hasil analisis penelitian terhadap 65 siswa terdapat 55 (84,61%) yang memiliki pengetahuan baik, personal hygiene terdapat 36 (55,38%) yang tidak hygiene, kepadatan hunian yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 53 (81,53%) dan yang mengalami kejadian scabies sebanyak 50 (79,92%). Dari uji statistik pengetahuan dengan kejadian scabies didapatkan p value = 0,431 (v > 0,05) dan Odds ratio = 3,073. Dari uji statistik Personal Hygiene dengan kejadian scabies didapatkan p value = 0,004 (v ≤ 0,05) dan Odds ratio = 7,765. Dan dari uji statistik kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian scabies didapatkan p value = 0,000 (v ≤ 0,05) dan Odds ratio = 13,143. Saran yang dapat di berikan di harapkan siswa / siswi untuk dapat meningkatkan personal hygiene nya dan bagi SMK untuk bisa memperhatikan syarat – syarat yang baik untuk lingkungan asrama. Abstract (EN): Scabies is a contagious disease caused by the obligate parasite infestations in humans. Sarcoptes scabiei var hominis into the stratum corneum and granulosum host. Transmission can occur directly and indirectly. It is estimated that over 300 million people worldwide are affected by scabies. In tropical areas such as Indonesia prevalence of scabies tends to increase. In this research used analytic survey research by using cross-sectional approach. To determine the relationship of knowledge, personal hygiene and residential density with the incidence of scabies in Dormitory Complex Agricultural Development SMK Negeri Padang aspire. The sampling technique using total sampling. The number of samples is equal to a total population of 65 respondents. Data obtained through observation, interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained were processed using univariate and bivariate and analyzed using chi square statistic. From the analysis of a study of 65 students there were 55 (84.61%) who have a good knowledge, personal hygiene there were 36 (55.38%) are not hygiene, residential density that does not qualify as many as 53 (81.53%) and the the incidence of scabies experienced by 50 (79.92%). From statistical test your knowledge with the incidence of scabies obtained p value = 0.431 (v > 0.05) and the odds ratio = 3.073. From statistical test with the incidence of scabies Personal Hygiene obtained p value = 0.004 (v ≤ 0,05) and Odds ratio = 7.765. Suggestions can be given in expected student / student to improve his personal hygiene and for SMK to be pay attention to the terms - terms that are good for the environmentdorm.
