Abstrak
Kunjungan Nifas di Puskesmas Padang Kandis pada tahun 2022 terbilang masih jauh dibawah target yakni hanya 39,2%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kunjungan nifas lengkap di Puskesmas Padang Kandis Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam , telaah dokumen dan observasi. Pemilihan informan penelitian dengan teknik purposive sampling. Komponen yang diteliti adalah input, proses, dan output kegiatan kunjungan nifas lengkap. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa komponen input , dasar kebijakan khusus untuk kegiatan kunjungan nifas telah ada dan diterapkan . Dana , sarana dan prasarana belum memadai . Komponen proses perencanaan sudah ada , sedangkan pada komponen proses pelaksanaan belum optimal karena tingkat perpindahan domisili sasaran yang cukup tinggi. Komponen output belum tercapai . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah komponen input sudah terlaksana, sementara komponen proses dan output perlu ditingkatkan. Saran untuk mencapai hasil kegiatan yang maksimal diperlukan kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan system komunikasi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang memastikan ibu dapat menerima layanan dalam berbagai hambatan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Abstract (EN): The achievement of the program at the Padang Kandis Health Center in 2022 is still far below the target, which is only 39.2%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the complete postpartum visit at the Padang Kandis Health Center in 2024. Qualitative research methods with in-depth interview techniques, document review and observation. Selection of research informants using purposive sampling technique. The components studied were input, process, and output of complete postpartum visit activities. The results of the study found that the input component, the basis of a special policy for postpartum visit activities has existed and implemented. Funds, facilities and infrastructure are not yet adequate. The planning process component is in place, while the implementation process component is not optimal due to the high level of displacement of the target domicile. The output component has not been achieved. The conclusion of this study is that the input component has been implemented, while the process and output components need to be improved. Suggestions to achieve maximum activity results require adequate facilities and infrastructure and a communication system and implementation of activities that ensure mothers can receive services in various obstacles to improve welfare.
