Abstract (EN): The problem faced by postpartum mothers is anemia. Anemia during the postpartum period is characterized by hemoglobin levels of less than 11 gr%. The incidence of anemia in 2023 will be 38 people out of 546 mothers post Sectio Casesarea. The aim of the research is to analyze the determinants of anemia in post-section caesarean mothers on days 7-10 at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital. The research was carried out in December 2024. The research was conducted at the Midwifery Polyclinic at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital in 2024. The research design was a cross-sectional study. Population of 30 Post Sectio Caesarea mothers on days 7-10 at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital in December. The sample was 30 women. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data analysis was processed using a computerized program, namely univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the chisquare test. The results showed that more than half, namely 20 (66.7%) respondents did not experience anemia, 26 (86.7%) respondents did not experience anemia, 21 (70%) respondents consumed Fe tablets completely, 21 (70%) respondents had a risky pregnancy interval, 21 (70%) respondents did not have bleeding. Bivariate analysis showed: there was no relationship between pregnancy anemia (p = 0.584), pregnancy spacing (p = 1000) and the incidence of anemia in post-section caesarean mothers. And there is a relationship between Fe consumption (p = 0.000) and bleeding (p = 0.030) with the incidence of anemia in post-section caesarean mothers. It was concluded that there was a relationship between FE consumption and bleeding with the incidence of anemia in post-section caesarean mothers. It is hoped that post-SC mothers have good knowledge about the factors that cause anemia in postpartum mothers so that anemia in postpartum mothers can be prevented and detected early
