Abstrak
Keluarga adalah suatu lembaga yang merupakan satuan (unit) terkecil dari masyarakat, terdiri atas ayah, ibu, dan anak. Pada saat pengkajian, keluarga ini termasuk tipe keluarga dengan anak usia sekolah yang terdiri dari suami dan istri dan satu orang anak, pada keluarga ini ditemukan 3 masalah keperawatan yaitu : Manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif, pemeliharaan kesehatan tidak efektif, dan perilaku kesehatan cenderung beresiko. Tujuan : maka diberikan teknik komplementer terapi rebusan kunyit untuk menurunkan skala nyeri, edukasi kesehatan tentang Gastritis dan edukasi kesehatan tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Hasil : hasil yang didapatkan selama pemberian rebusan kunyit adanya penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien gastritis serta pemberian edukasi kesehatan agar dapat mengetahui Gastritis dan PHBS. Kesimpulan : terapi rebusan kunyit dan edukasi kesehatan, oleh karena itu penerapan evidence- based nursing ini dapat direkomendasikan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Abstract (EN): Family is an institution which is the smallest unit of society, consisting of father, mother, and child. At the time of the study, this family is a type of family with school-age children consisting of husband and wife and one child, in this family 3 nursing problems were found, namely: Ineffective family health management, ineffective health maintenance, and health behavior tends to be risky. Objective: then given complementary techniques of turmeric decoction therapy to reduce the pain scale, health education about Gastritis and health education about clean and healthy living behavior. Results: the results obtained during the administration of turmeric decoction there was a decrease in the pain scale in gastritis patients and the provision of health education so that they could know Gastritis and PHBS. Conclusion: turmeric decoction therapy and health education, therefore the application of evidence-based nursing can be recommended in providing nursing care.
