Abstrak
Pemeriksaan Bakteriologis yang dilakukan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang Panjang Tahun 2014 pada sarana Depot Air Minum, dari 24 sample yang diperiksa, secara bakteriologi didapatkan 79,2% memenuhi persyaratan, dan 20,8% tidak memenuhi syarat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbedaan kualitas Bakteriologis Air Minum Isi Ulang Berdasarkan Kondisi Fisik Higiene Sanitasi Depot di Kota Padang Panjang Tahun 2015. Metode penelitian adalah quasi- eksperimen dengan static group Comparison. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh Depot Air Minum yang ada di kota Padang Panjang serta hasil uji Laboratorium untuk bakteri Coliform sebanyak 22 DAM. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Agustus sampai 10 September 2015. Analisa Data dengan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat menggunakan uji Mann-whitney Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata- rata kualitas bakteriologis Depot Air Minum pada kondisi fisik yang memenuhi syarat adalah 3,143 koloni/100ml dengan SD 6,75. Kualitas bakteriologis Depot Air Minum pada kondisi fisik yang tidak memenuhi syarat adalah 17,250 koloni/100ml dengan SD 37,29. Perbedaan rata-rata kualitas bakteriologis air minum yang kondisi fisiknya memenuhi syarat adalah 10,75 dengan sum of rank 102.50, sedangakan kualitas bakteriologis air minum yang kondisi fisiknya tidak memenuhi syarat adalah 12,81 dengan sum of rank 102,50. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai P= 0,360, ( p > 0,005). Disimpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan kualitas bakteriologis air minum isi ulang antara kondisi fisik DAM yang memenuhi syarat dan yang tidak memenuhi syarat di Kota Padang Panjang Tahun 2015. Diharapkan pengelola Depot air Minum lebih memperhatikan hygiene sanitasi depot. Abstract (EN): The result of this research showed that the bacteria quality average of drinking water refill that fulfill the requirement in physic condition side was 3,143 coloni/100ml with 6,75 of SD. Bacteria quality of drinking water refill store that do not fulfill the requirement in physic condition side was 17,250 coloni/100ml with 37,26 of SD. The differentiation average of drinking water bacteria quality that fulfill the requirement in physic condition was 10,75 with the sum of rank 102,50 while the bacteria quality of drinking water do not fulfill the requirement in physic condition was 12,81 with the sum of rank 102, 50 Bacteria examination that did by health official of Padangpanjang city in year of 2014 of drinking water refreshment stands. From 24 samples that examined, it got the data that there were 19 samples (79,2%) that fulfilled health requirement. This case is something really worried, because there are more than 20,8 % of drinking water refill in Padang Panjang city do not fulfill the requirement of drinking water bacteria quality. The study aims to determine the difference Bakteriological quality of drinking water refill based on the phynitsical condition of hygiene sanitation. Method of this research was Quasi – Eksperiment with static group comparison. Total of sample that took in this research was all the drinking water refreshment stand in Padang Panjang city and added by the result of Laboratory test of coliform bacteria to 22 stands of drinking water refill. This research was done in august 25 until September 10, 2015. The statistic result showed that the value of P=0,360, (p>0,005). It can concluded that there was no differentiation between the bacteria quality of drinking water refill that fulfill the requirement and drinking water refill store of physic condition that do not fulfill the requirement in Padang Panjang city of 2015 year. It is expected that the drinking water refreshment stands more attention to hygiene sanitation.
