Abstrak
TB Paru merupakan penyebab kematian ketiga terbesar setelah penyakit kardiovaskuler dan penyakit saluran pernafasan, dan merupakan nomor satu terbesar dalam kelompok penyakit infeksi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Solok jumlah kasus penderita Tuberkulosis Paru BTA positif pada tahun 2012 berjumlah 34 orang, tahun 2013 berjumlah 36 orang dan pada tahun 2014 berjumlah 46 orang dimana CDR pada tahun 2014 baru mencapai 48,4% masih jauh dari target yaitu 70 % (Dinkes Kota Solok, 2014). Pada tahun 2014 penemuan TB paru BTA positif di puskesmas Tanah Garam adalah 8 orang (26,7 %), puskesmas Tanjung Paku 18 orang (60 %) , puskesmas Nan Balimo 4 orang (30,8 %) dan puskesmas KTK 12 orang (54,5%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program TB Paru dalam upaya penemuan penderita baru TB Paru BTA Positif di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Solok Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2015 dan Subjek penelitian adalah 13 orang terdiri dari 1 orang wakil supervisor (Wasor) TB Paru, 4 orang Kepala Puskesmas, 4 orang petugas TB Paru Puskesmas dan masyarakat / suspec berjumlah 4 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perencanaan program TB paru telah dilakukan sesuai rencana, pelaksanaan dan monitoring program TB paru oleh informan belum maksimal dan evaluasi program TB paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas telah dilakukan sesuai ketentuan, akan tetapi pencapaian penemuan penderita TB paru BTA positif di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Solok belum mencapai target. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pembinaan petugas TB Paru.Untuk Petugas TB Paru agar menggerakkan lagi kader TB sehingga peran serta masyarakat lebih aktif. Untuk Kepala Puskesmas agar meningkatkan motivasi dengan memberikan penghargaan terhadap kinerja petugas TB Paru di puskesmas. Abstract (EN): Pulmonary Tuberculosis is one of the third biggest causes of death after cardiovascular diseases and respiratory diseases, and is the biggest in the group of infectious diseases. Based on the data obtained from Solok Public Health Department, the number of patients with positive ARB Pulmonary Tuberculosis in 2012 is 34 people, 36 people in 2013, and 46 people in 2014 in which the CDR in 2014 has only reached 48.4% which is still far from the 70% of the target (Solok Public Health Department, 2014). In 2014, the finding of Positive ARB Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Tanah Garam Public Health Center are 8 people (26.7%), 18 people (60%) in Tanjung Paku Public Health Center, 4 people (30.8%) in Nan Balimo Public Health Center, and 12 people (54.5%) in KTK Public Health Center. The objective of this thesis is to find out the new positive ARB pulmonary Tuberculosis patients in Public Health Departments in the City of Solok in 2015. The design of this research is qualitative. The research has been done in August 2015 and there were 13 respondents as the research subjects, including one pulmonary Tuberculosis deputy supervisor, four heads of Public Health Centers, four pulmonary Tuberculosis officers of Public Health Centers, and four communities/suspects. The data were collected through profound interview. From the research, it was found that the planning of pulmonary Tuberculosis program has been done as planned; the implementation of pulmonary Tuberculosis program by the informants was not, yet, maximal; the monitoring and evaluation of the Pulmonary Tuberculosis program in the Public Health Center working area has been done in accordance, however, the achievement of the finding of the Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients in the Public Health Center working area has not reached the target. The Public Health Department is expected to maintain/improve the training of pulmonary Tuberculosis officers. For the Pulmonary Tuberculosis officers, to move the cadres and community even more active. For the head of the Public Health Centers, to motivate by giving award to the achievements of Pulmonary Tuberculosis officers.
