Abstrak
Kanker leher rahim secara langsung berkaitan dengan infeksi sebelumnya dari salah satu atau lebih Virus Human Papiloma (HPV). Diperkirakan dari setiap 1 juta wanita yang terinfeksi, 10 % (sekitar 100.000) akan berkembang menjadi prakanker leher rahim dari kelompok perempuan tersebut sekitar 8000 (8%) akan menjadi kanker awal terbatas pada lapisan luar sel-sel leher rahim, sekitar 1.600 akan berkembang menjadi kanker ganas. IVA salah satu cara melakukan tes kanker leher rahim. Kelebihan dari tes ini adalah kesederhanaan teknik dan kemampuan untuk memberikan hasil yang segera kepada ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pelaksanaan program deteksi dini kanker serviks melalui metode Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA) di Puskesmas Se Kota Solok tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan September 2015 dan informan penelitian adalah wasor IVA, Kepala Puskesmas, petugas IVA Puskesmas dan PUS. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perencanaan program IVA telah dilakukan sesuai rencana dimana petugas membuat rencana kerja setiap tahunnya, pelaksanaan program IVA oleh informan sudah cukup baik, monitoring program IVA telah dilakukan sesuai standar / ketentuan dimana pelaksanaan program IVA puskesmas mendapatkan pengawasan langsung kepala puskesmas dan evaluasi program IVA di wilayah kerja Puskesmas telah dilakukan sesuai ketentuan dimana pemeriksaan IVA di evaluasi setiap triwulan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi di musyawarahkan dalam rapat bulanan/ lokmin puskesmas Diharapkan kepada dapat meningkatkan pemeriksaan IVA dengan meningkatkan penyuluhan IVA serta evaluasi pencapaian program dapat dilakukan setiap bulannya guna meningkatkan pencapaian program IVA. Abstract (EN): Cervical cancer is directly related to a previous infection of one or more of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). It is estimated that out of every 1 million women who are infected, 10% (about 100,000) will develop into precancerous cervix of women's groups is around 8000 (8%) will be early cancer confined to the outer layer of cells of the cervix, around 1,600 will develop into malignant cancer. IVA is one way to test cervical cancer. The advantage of this test is the simplicity of the technique and the ability to deliver immediate results to the mother. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the implementation of the program for early detection of cervical cancer through methods Visual Inspection Acetic Acid (VIA) in Health City Solok 2015. The research is a qualitative study was conducted in August 2015 and the subject of the study was 11 people consisting of 1 person wasor IVA Lung, 4 Head of Puskesmas, 4 officers IVA Health Center and the EFA totaled 2. Data were collected through interviews. The result showed that the program planning IVA has been carried out according to plan in which workers make a work plan every year, the implementation of the program IVA by informants has been pretty good, the monitoring program IVA has been done according to standards / regulations which program execution IVA health centers to get the direct supervision of the head of the health centers and evaluation of programs IVA in Puskesmas has been conducted in accordance with which the IVA examination in the evaluation of each quarter and the problems faced in musyawarahkan the monthly meeting / lokmin health centers Expected Health Service can improve by increasing the inspection IVA IVA counseling and evaluation of program achievements can be made every month in order to improve the achievement of IVA program.
