Abstrak
Konsep diri merupakan terjemahan dari kata self-concept. Konsep diri adalah citra diri (self image) yang mempersatukan gambaran mental tiap-tiap idividu terhadap dirinya sendiri, termasuk aspek penilaian diri dan penghargaan terhadap dirinya. Definisi AIDS (Aequired Immune Defisiency Syndrome) sebenarnya bukanlah suatu penyakit, namun kumpulan dari gejala penyakit (syndrome), muncul sebagai akibat tubuh kekurangan (deficiency) zat kekebalan tubuh (aequired Immunt). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif fenomenologi. Penelitian dilakukan pada 6 partisipan berpartisipasi menceritakan pengalamannya. Metode wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi merupakan alat bantu pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Colaizzi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tema yaitu ; gangguan citra tubuh ; ideal diri yang realitas ; kepuasan penampilan peran ; peningkatan indetitas diri ; dan gangguan harga diri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada keluaraga, masyarakat, pemerintah dan kesehatan meningkatkan pendampingan pada ODHA sehingga mereka memiliki motivasi untuk hidup lebih baik dan menghilangkan stigma yang negatif terhadap ODHA. Abstract (EN): The concept of self is translation of self-concept said. The concept of the self is image yourself ( self image ) united a mental image every idividu to himself , including aspects assessment themselves and the prestige of the himself. Definition aids so aequired immune defisiency syndrome ) in fact not a disease, but a collection of of symptoms of a disease ( syndrome ) , appear as a result the body of a shortage ( deficiency ) a substance immune ( aequired immunt ). This research in a qualitative approach descriptive phenomenology .The research was done on the 6 participants participate recounting her experience .A method of in-depth interviews , observation and documentation is a help data collection .Data analyzed uses the method colaizzi. This research identify the theme namely disorder the body image ; ideal own reality ; satisfaction appearance the role of ; the increase in indetitas self ; and disorders self-esteem. Based on the result of this research was recommended to family, the community, the government and health increase assistance to living so that they have motivation to live better and remove the stigma negatively on living .
