Abstrak
Kecelakaan terjadi melalui hubungan mata rantai sebab-akibat dari beberapa faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja yang saling berhubungan sehingga menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja (cedera ataupun penyakit akibat kerja atau PAK) serta beberapa kerugian lainnya. di PT.Andalas Agro Industri telah terjadi 1 kecelakaan kerja berat dan 6 kecelakaan kerja sedang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran komponen input adalah Kebijakan, Sumber Daya Manusia, Lingkungan dan Ketersediaan APD, komponen proses adalah Kebijakan K3, Pengawasan, pelatihan dan sosialisasi penggunaan APD serta komponen output adalah kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus tahun 2016 dengan desain kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik wawancara dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di PT.Andalas Agro Industri Kecamatan Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat kejadian kecelakaan kerja terjadi pada pembongkar buah sawit dengan jenis kecelakaan terkena besi, tertusuk duri sawit dan tergelincir hal ini disebabkan karena pekerja yang tidak mematuhi aturan dalam bekerja serta pekerja yang tidak komitmen dalam bekerja. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sumber Daya Manusia mengenai perekrutan karyawan di PT.Andalas Agro Industri masih kurang relative baik, dikarenakan masih ada para pekerja yang berpendidikan rendah yaitu SD. Pelatihan K3 di PT.Andalas Agro Industri sudah ada tetapi masih ada beberapa pekerja yang sudah lama sekali tidak mendapatkan pelatihan K3 di perusahaan. Disarankan kepada pekerja agar lebih komitmen dalam mematuhi aturan dalam bekerja serta dapat menerapkan budaya K3 diperusahaan supaya tidak terjadi lagi kecelakaan kerja (zero accident). Abstract (EN): Accidents happen through relationships causal chain of several factors causes of accidents are interconnected so that pose occupational accidents ( injuries or occupational diseases or PAK ) as well as several other losses. in PT.Andalas Agro Industry has occurred 1 heavy work accidents and occupational accidents was 6 . The purpose of this study is to describe the input component is Policy , Human Resources , Environment and the availability of PPE, component process is K3 Policy , Monitoring , training and socialization of use PPE and output components are accidents. This study was conducted in August 2016 with the design of qualitative case study approach, informants in this study was about 10 people. Interview techniques using in-depth interviews (Indepth Interview). The results showed that in PT.Andalas Agro Industrial District of West Pasaman Kinali incidence of workplace accidents occur in palm fruit demolisher the type of accident exposed iron, thorn oil and slip this was due to workers who do not comply with the rules in the work and workers who are not committed in the works. The results of this study can be concluded that the Human Resources concerning the recruitment of employees in PT.Andalas Agro Industry is still lacking relatively good, because there are still workers with low education is elementary. Training K3 in PT.Andalas Agro Industries already exist but still there are some workers who had been so long without the training K3 in the company. Suggested to the workers to be more commitment to abide by the rules in the works and can implement the company K3 culture that does not happen anymore occupational accidents (zero accident).
