Abstrak
IUD atau AKDR adalah alat kontrasepsi yang efektif, aman dan nyaman. Cakupan IUD dari 12 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Sijunjung, yang paling rendah yaitu Puskesmas Padang Sibusuk. Dilihat tahun 2014 1,89%, mengalami penurunan dibandingkan tahun 2013. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya penggunaan IUD pada Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Sibusuk Kabupaten Sijunjung Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Sibusuk pada bulan Januari - Februari 2016. Sumber data diperoleh dari Kabid KB, Petugas BKKBN, Pemegang Program KB, dan Bidan dan PUS yang tidak memakai IUD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi, wawancara dan FGD(Focus Group Discussion). Teknik analisis data adalah teknis analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan khusus tentang IUD untuk bidan belum ada, konseling dan penyuluhan sudah diberikan. Ketersediaan IUD selalu ada. Alat yang dibutuhkan sudah lengkap. Pemasangan IUD tidak dipungut biaya. Masih ada masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui tentang IUD. Informan familiar dengan nama spiral. Masyarakat masih percaya informasi negatif tentang IUD. Pandangan masyarakat pemasangan IUD tidak aman. Informan mengatakan suami menyerahkan keputusan dan pemilihan alat kontrasepsinya kepada mereka dan tidak pernah menemani mereka untuk konseling ke bidan. Partisipasi PUS dalam penggunaan IUD sangat rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini masih rendahnya partisipasi PUS dalam penggunaan IUD karena masyarakat masih mempercayai informasi negatif tentang IUD. Diharapkan kepada pemberi pelayanan perlunya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang IUD, yang dapat dilakukan melalui pemberian informasi secara lengkap tentang IUD pada saat konsultasi pertama sebelum memutuskan memilih salah satu alat kontrasepsi tertentu. Abstract (EN): IUD or Intauterine devices is a contraceptive that is effective, safe and convenient. IUD coverage of 12 health centers in Sijunjung, the lowest namely Puskesmas Padang Sibusuk. 1.89% seen in 2014, has decreased compared to 2013. The goal is to find the analysis of the factors affecting the low use of IUDs on the spouses of fertile age (EFA) in Puskesmas Padang Sibusuk Sijunjung 2016. This type of research is qualitative. Executed in Puskesmas Padang Sibusuk in January-February 2016. Source of data obtained from the Head of KB, BKKBN Officer, Holder KB Program, and as midwives and EFA does not use an IUD. The data collection is done with documentation, interviews and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The data analysis technique is a technical analysis of the content (content analysis). The results showed specific training in IUD for midwife yet, counseling and education has been given. Availability IUD always there. Tools needed are complete. IUD insertion is free of charge. There are still people who do not know about the IUD. The informant familiar with the name of the spiral. People still believe negative information about the IUD. Community views IUD insertion is not safe. The informant said the husband leaves the decision and selection of contraceptive tool to them and never accompany them to counseling by the midwife. EFA participation in IUD use is very low. The conclusion of this study is still low participation of EFA in IUD use because people still believe negative information about the IUD. It is expected to service providers need to increase knowledge about the IUD, which can be done through the provision of comprehensive information about the IUD during the first consultation before deciding to choose one particular contraceptive.
