Abstrak
Posyandu lanjut usia merupakan bentuk partisipasi masyarakat yang nyata dalam mewujudkan mutu kehidupan lanjut usia, mencapai masa tua bahagia dan berdayaguna dalam kehidupan berkeluarga dan masyarakat sesuai dengan keberadaannya. Jumlah kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tiakar mengalami penurunan dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Pada tahun 2013 terdapat cakupan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia sebanyak 46,1 %, tahun 2014 sebanyak 33,45 %, dan tahun 2015 hanya 28,17 %. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tiakar Kota Payakumbuh Tahun 2015. Desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian diambil secara purposive sampling, yang terdiri dari 5 orang lansia, 4 orang kader kesehatan, Kepala Puskesmas Tiakar, Pemegang Program Lansia Puskesmas Tiakar, dan 1 orang tokoh masyarakat. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian diketahui kurangnya ketersediaan input, yaitu sumber daya manusia dari petugas kesehatan yang ikut dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu lansia belum optimal, ketersediaan sumber dana dan sarana prasarana untuk pelaksanaan posyandu lansia belum memadai, serta metode pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu lansia belum maksimal. Proses yang mempengaruhi kunjungan lansie ke posyandu lansia yaitu pengetahuan lansia sangat minum, motivasi berkunjung ke posyandu lansia hanya untuk berobat, dukungan keluarga belum maksimal, peran kader dan peran petugas belum optimal, serta sosialisasi belum maksimal. Dan Output belum mencapai target yang diharapkan. Diharapkan pada pihak Puskesmas agar menyediakan alokasi dana khusus bagi pelaksanaan posyandu lansia, untuk menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu lansia, dan mengupayakan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana bagi pelaksanaan posyandu lansia. Abstract (EN): Elderly integrated health service is a form of real society participation on the achieving of happiness in life of the elderly and to make their existence become efficient and useful for families and society. The number of elderly visits to the integrated health service on the working area of Tiakar regional district hospital was decreased in the past three years. In 2013, the rate of elderly visits to the integrated health service was 46.1%, in 2014 the rate was 33.45% and in 2015 the rate was 28.17%. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors influencing the visit of the elderly to the integrated health service for elderly people on the working area of Tiakar regional district hospital Payakumbuh in 2016. The design of this research is qualitative in phenomenology approach. The participants were taken by using purposive sampling, which consisted of five elderly people, four health forces, chief of Tiakar regional district hospital, carrier of the elderly program at Tiakar regional district hospital, and one person from the society. The data was processed and analyzed by using Colaizzi method. Based on the result of the research, it was found that there were some problems related to the availability of input such as the human resources as the health forces to carry out the elderly integrated health service, financial support and facilities to carry out this program are not sufficient enough and the method to implement this program is not good enough as well. The process of making the elderly visit is not optimal because of their minimum knowledge of this program. The motivation to visit the integrated health service is just for having medical treatment. Lack of their families support, minimum participation of the health forces, lack of socialization on the program, and dissatisfied output were also factors influencing the elderly visit on the integrated health service. It is hoped to the health forces of regional district hospital to provide special financial support to help the elderly integrated health service program, and to optimize the availability of facilities to carry out this elderly integrated health program.
